Static QR generation
Static QR data is generated in the browser. ScopeQR does not require an account to create those codes. Your encoded content is not stored as an account-owned QR record unless you choose the managed dynamic product.

ScopeQR provides free static QR generation and account-based dynamic QR services. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what changes between the static generator and the logged-in product.
Account and dashboard data
When you create an account, we store the information needed to authenticate you, associate workspaces with your user, and manage dynamic QR records, destinations, scans, subscriptions, and support requests.
Analytics and scan events
Dynamic QR plans may record scan activity such as timestamps, referrers, and device-related request details so the dashboard can show reporting and usage totals. Static QR codes do not depend on that managed tracking layer.
Billing and payment providers
Paid plans may use external payment providers for checkout and subscription handling. ScopeQR receives the plan, subscription, and billing status details needed to operate the service, while payment processing remains with the provider.
