Who operates ScopeQR
ScopeQR is operated by the sole proprietorship OnlineScope (Online Scope Studio), from Gaur City, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. This policy applies to ScopeQR websites, accounts, managed QR services, support, and related operational records.
Static QR generation
Static QR payloads are generated in your browser. You do not need an account, and the content you encode is not stored as an account-owned QR record or routed through ScopeQR. The site may still receive ordinary web requests and consented analytics events when you visit or use controls.
Information we process
For accounts, we process identity and authentication information, profile names, workspace records, security and consent records, account status, and support or lifecycle requests.
For managed dynamic QR, we process QR names, slugs, destinations, status, plan usage, downloads, and scan events needed to provide reporting. Scan events can include time, referring page, and limited request or device context.
For billing records, we process plan, order, period, consent, cancellation, and account-document information. Historical zero-total promotional records do not contain payment-card details through ScopeQR; Razorpay processes paid checkout information under its own terms and safeguards.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, enforce quotas and acceptable use, operate redirects and scan reporting, answer support requests, maintain account records, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and improve shipped product flows. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Authentication and security features may use cookies or browser storage necessary for sessions and safe redirects. ScopeQR may use GA4, Search Console, and limited first-party product events to understand visits and feature use. Product events exclude static QR payloads, full destination URLs, phone numbers, UPI IDs or notes, vCard details, WiFi passwords, raw IP addresses, and raw user agents.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and database services, security and rate limiting, analytics, email delivery, and Razorpay payment processing. They process information for providing those functions under their own terms and safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the account or service, preserve security and audit evidence, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and account state. We use access controls, row-level data policies, server-owned authorization, audit records, and secret-handling controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable account information, or object to certain processing, subject to identity verification, security records, legal retention duties, and available law. Account export and deletion requests can be initiated from Settings.
Age and international use
ScopeQR accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. The service is operated from India. If you use it elsewhere, information may be processed in India and in locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
