Refund and cancellation policy

Effective 18 July 2026. Live paid checkout is not currently available; this policy states the approved posture that will apply when paid service is offered.

Current Early Access

Eligible monthly plans can currently be activated at a ₹0 promotional total. No payment method is required, no external payment provider is called, and the resulting record is not proof of payment or a GST tax invoice. There is no amount to refund for a zero-total activation.

Cancellation

For a paid recurring plan, cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues through the end of the paid period. An immediate cancellation may be offered where the product clearly confirms its effect. Annual checkout remains disabled.

Refund eligibility

Used subscription periods are normally non-refundable. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, successful payment without service activation, material non-delivery of the purchased digital service, or a refund required by applicable law.

How to request a review

Email hello@scopeqr.online within seven days of the charge or issue. Include the ScopeQR account email, order or document reference, date, amount, and a concise explanation. Do not email card details, passwords, government identity documents, or banking credentials.

Processing time

If approved, ScopeQR will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. The final credit time depends on the payment provider and banking network. A refund does not prevent us from retaining records required for security, audit, dispute, or legal purposes.
