Operator and acceptance
ScopeQR is a product brand operated by the sole proprietorship OnlineScope (Online Scope Studio), from Gaur City, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. ScopeQR is not presented as a separately registered legal entity.
By using ScopeQR, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use ScopeQR for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
Static QR generator
The public static generator creates QR content in your browser and does not require an account. Static QR codes encode the destination or data directly and do not use a ScopeQR redirect.
You are responsible for the content you encode, its accuracy, the destination it opens, your right to use any uploaded logo, and testing the final QR code before publication or print. A static QR code cannot be edited after it is distributed.
Accounts and managed dynamic QR
Dynamic QR features require an account. The shipped managed service includes editable destinations, scan tracking, status controls, dashboard search, filtering and sorting, and QR asset downloads, subject to the limits shown for your plan.
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. ScopeQR may restrict an account or QR record when needed to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or material violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use ScopeQR for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. This includes phishing, credential theft, malware, unwanted messaging, impersonation, illegal goods or services, evasion of access controls, or destinations that mislead people about where a scan will lead.
Do not disrupt the service, bypass quotas or security controls, or attempt to access another user’s account or data. We may investigate and preserve records where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Monthly plans and digital delivery
Available monthly plans are purchased through Razorpay in INR. Checkout identifies the selected price, currency, recurring renewal, cancellation terms, and applicable tax treatment. Annual checkout remains disabled.
Digital access is delivered to the account after successful checkout confirmation. Plan limits and the current period are shown before confirmation and in the workspace. Quota top-ups are not offered; users who need more capacity may select a higher available plan.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Historical zero-total promotional records remain account records, not proof of payment or GST tax invoices. They do not create a current discount, payment mandate, or automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. ScopeQR does not offer immediate self-service cancellation or refunds for an unused portion of that period. Used periods are normally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions and process in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
An upgrade to a higher monthly plan takes effect immediately after Razorpay confirms its prorated charge. Current-period use remains counted against the higher plan limits; limits are not stacked or reset. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal with no immediate credit or refund.
Availability and changes
ScopeQR is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, or that every QR scanner or destination service will behave identically. Keep source files and destination access under your control.
We may change features, limits, security controls, or these terms. Material changes will be dated on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the product or account contact.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, ScopeQR and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from QR content, third-party destinations, missed scans, lost data, or service interruption. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes.
